  1. Eat good food: Eating good food does not necessarily mean lot of food but food that has great nutritional value. The kind of food that serve the body with what is needed will surely boost your immune system. If you are fortunate to find the fruit of life, you will live forever. Every nutrients that man needs exist in the plant kingdom. If only we can find them, then we have solution and cure to every problem of life or disease that has ever existed.
  2. Eating at the right time: A lot of people eat any how, and to worsen the situation, they don't eat at the right time, sometimes they skip breakfast or even lunch and at the same time they eat late at night, go to bed without waiting for their food to digest. This bad habit can lead to malfunction of the digestive organs, and partial blockage of the intestine. Studies have shown that breakfast is very important and medicinal to our body. It is very necessary that we eat very nutritious and healthy breakfast. This will make us look younger, live longer and boost our immune system; making us look healthy. Your breakfast is anything you eat in the morning not later than 10:AM. If after 10:AM in the morning you've not eaten anything, you are late already. Lunch should be taken before 2:PM and dinner should be taken at list 4 hours before going to bed. Reason because it takes about 4 hours before the food get to the small intestine for assimilation.
  3. Always ensure that you have a good night rest: try to sleep between 7 - 8 hours every night. This will enable the body to recover from any stress you might have gone through during the day.
  4. Avoid smoking cigarettes: A lot of people know that smoking is dangerous to their health but they still do it. You don't really love yourself because if you do, you wouldn't do anything that will hurt you. There are a lot of cases of cancer which originated from tobacco smoking.
  5. Drink plenty of water: Water help to purify the blood and helps the kidneys to function properly. Ensure that you take plenty of water to keep your blood clean and to ensure proper circulation of body fluid and nutrients to boost your immune system. About 2 litres or more per day, depending on body weight or size.
  6. Eat lots of fruit and vegetable: fruit contains vitamins and minerals which help in the assimilation of nutrients and production of antibodies which fight against bacteria infections. These antibodies are part of our immune system. If they (antibodies) don't exist in our body, it means that any little bacteria infection can kill us.
  7. Socialize: Spend some time with people that can make you laugh and happy. Exchange quality ideas. This will make your body and your brain more lively and healthy. Avoid excessive stress.
  8. Exercise: Exercise is a way of keeping the body healthy by directing the food nutrients in your body from places were it is less needed to places where it is needed the most. Ensure that you have a simple and flexible daily exercise. This will keep you fit, alert and strengthen your entire body system; that include your immune system.
