The Skin appearance is a representative of how careful a person is, how they take care of them selves and how they could possibly take care of things as well. The appearance of a person whether at first sight or may be in a continuous encounter give out some information about the person: who the person is, what the person does, or what the person might have gone through.
However, it is also possible that the appearance of a person could be passing out wrong information about who the person is or what the pass life may be like, but it can never be wrong about the person's behaviour or attitude towards Himself. Whether you like it or not, there is always a trace of a person's character in the looks.

There are a lot of people who spend money on worthless and trivial things , forgetting to take care of themselves and their immediate family, as a result, they look haggard, boring and unholy. It is very necessary for everyone to be lively, happy and beautiful. This is why it is crucial that we pay attention to our body; especially the look on our skin. Before your skin can start smiling at you, glowing, sparkling, looking somehow transparent, you must have done a great job taking care of yourself.

The Skin is a representative of what is going on inside the body.

And what is going on inside one's body is as a result of one's attitude towards one's self.

A lot of people eat because they just want to eat something that is delicious. They don't care to check if what they are eating contain the essential nutrients the body needs especially the skin.

Vitamin C, E and A

Vitamin C has the ability to protect your skin against dangerous rays from the Sun. It is very effective in wound healing. Vitamin C also reduces free radicals damage, such as that caused by pollution. Free radicals consume collagen and elastin - the fibre that support skin structure - and can cause wrinkles and other signs of premature aging. Food sources of vitamin C include orange, collard greens, turnips, etc

Vitamin E is another very essential vitamin that reduces the appearance of wrinkles. i.e, with vitamin E, the tendency for your skin to get wrinkled is reduced to a great extent. Vitamin E also reduce the effects of sun exposure on the skin. When combined with vitamin A, vitamin E is specially effective at preventing certain skin cancers. It soothes rough or dry skin when applied on skin surface. Food sources of vitamin E includes: tomatoes, Cabbage, sunflower oils etc

Vitamin A: skin repair and maintenance vitamin. It is very necessary that you have vitamin A in your system because a deficiency of it can result to a dry, flaky complexion. Food high in vitamin A include Carrot, sweet potatoes, collard green, etc.

Research has shown that selenium (a chemical element found in some food) play an important role in preventing skin cancer as it can protect the skin from damage from excessive ultraviolet light. Sources of selenium includes: sea foods such as salmon and tuna, brazil nuts, eggs, whole-weat bread etc.
